MMA’s Member Service Center is available to your employees for assistance with ID card requests, provider networks, claims and benefits/eligibility verification. 

Additional benefits include:

  • Employees have access to a toll-free phone number and your company’s customized service email address
  • All calls and emails are handled by an MMA Member Service Center Representative, ready to assist with your specific plan details and carrier contact information
  • Employees receive a wallet-sized card listing the Member Service Center’s toll-free number and your custom service email address
  • Employers can request monthly reports of calls and activities generated by your employees through the service center
  • HR Administrators have more time to focus on other priorities by eliminating day-to-day benefit questions from employees

MMA’s Member Service Center is open from 8am-6pm CST, Monday through Friday.
